Healing looks different for everyone, and my goal is to offer spaces where you can feel safe, supported, and deeply seen -whether you're coming as an individual, a couple, a family, or as part of a group. Each offering is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that true growth begins when we meet ourselves and each other with care. Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, I offer a warm and compassionate space where you're invited to explore your inner world without judgment. Rather than focusing only on behavior change, we gently uncover the deeper emotional patterns and unconscious beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. I believe our early life experiences shape the way we treat ourselves and others, often in ways we're not fully aware of. Together, we bring curiosity and compassion to these parts, especially the inner child and protective strategies that have helped you survive. Through this process, healing becomes about reconnecting with your authentic self and learning to meet yourself with kindness, clarity, and care.
Couples Therapy
My approach to couples therapy focuses on creating a safe, balanced space where both partners feel heard and understood. I help couples move beyond cycles of blame or defensiveness by exploring the deeper emotional layers that fuel disconnection. Often, the way we relate to our partner is rooted in earlier experiences - how we learned to express (or hide) our needs, manage vulnerability, or seek love and safety. Rather than just focusing on conflict resolution, we work to strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and cultivate mutual compassion. This process supports you both in understanding each other more fully, and in rebuilding your relationship with greater honesty, empathy, and trust.
Family Therapy
In family therapy, I support families in uncovering the emotional dynamics and patterns that may be causing conflict, disconnection, or pain. Each family member brings their own story, shaped by their role in the family system and their individual life experiences. My work involves creating a safe environment where everyone can feel seen and heard, while also understanding how their behavior affects and is affected by others. We explore how past experiences and generational patterns might be influencing the present, and together we work toward creating new ways of relating. With curiosity and compassion, families can build healthier communication, stronger bonds, and a more connected way of being together.
Women’s Support Group

This group is a supportive, non-judgmental space for women to reconnect with themselves and each other. We go beyond surface-level conversations to explore the emotional patterns shaped by past experiences, self-doubt, or perfectionism. Together, we create a space for healing through shared stories, self-compassion, and connection—where every part of you is welcome.
Motherhood Support Group

Motherhood brings deep love—but also exhaustion, identity shifts, and unspoken challenges. This group offers a safe space for mothers to be seen, supported, and understood. We explore the emotional layers of motherhood, including how your own upbringing may shape your experience. Through connection and self-compassion, we make room for healing and authentic presence.
