In our work together, my focus is on cultivating self-love and compassion, not just as abstract concepts, but as deeply felt experiences that can transform the way you relate to yourself and others. I don’t take a surface-level approach centered solely on behavioral changes. Instead, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can gently explore the underlying emotional and unconscious roots of the challenges you’re facing.

I believe that our brains adapt to help us survive the environments in which we grow up. These adaptations often shape the ways we see ourselves, how we treat others, and how we navigate relationships and emotions. Early life experiences can leave a lasting imprint, influencing our sense of self-worth, our emotional responses, and our internal dialogue.

In therapy, we work together to understand and support the parts of you that developed to protect you, especially the inner child who may still be carrying unmet needs or emotional pain. With compassion and curiosity, we make space for all of your parts to be seen and heard, helping you move toward healing, integration, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
